  6. stress is now the top health concern for teens in grades 9-12.
  7. $300 Billion are spent annually by employers to combat the effects of stress in stress related healthcare.

These are staggering numbers indeed but we shouldn’t be too shocked as to the reasons why stress management is one of the most important things we can do to live a longer and healthier life.
